Vermont has many beautiful lakes and Tenney Pond is one of them. There are other sites here than Tenney Pond, for example Ticklenaked Pond; hiking along the Peacham Bog Trail is splendid fun. If you're here at Tenney Pond, you could have a look at Scotch Burn, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Wells River. Tenney Pond is right by the Wrights Mountain Trail, and Comfort Inn & Suites is a great site to get some rest. If you want a great time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Tenney Pond. The summit of Leighton Hill can be seen from Tenney Pond, and you can have a tremendous hiking adventure along the Grimes Hill Road. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. Warners Campground is a good campground nearby, and hey, Gotta ski right? Lyndon Outing Club is a nice location to do that. The yearly precipitation here at Tenney Pond is about average;
August is the wettest month with most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Summer at Tenney Pond comes with high temperatures in the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 50's. Throughout the winter the highs are typically in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Tenney Pond.
