If you are traveling by, why not stop by Sunrise Lake. This lake is so wonderful. The Glen Lake Trail is a delightful hiking trail in the vicinity of Sunrise Lake, and Sunrise Lake Dam is not far at all from Sunrise Lake. Sunrise Lake is a great place to camp, Half Moon State Park Campground is a great place; for you golfers we recommend nearby Prospect Bay Country Club. This lake is so wonderful. wintertime are ordinarily in the 20's, and nighttime lows in the 0's for Sunrise Lake. Yeah, come here to Sunrise Lake for a great time. Sunrise Lake is a site with many visitors from Rutland, and on a perfect day you can take
a hike along the Half Moon Pond Trail. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Sunrise Lake has to offer, you can camp at Bomoseen State Park Campground. Dry warm beds await you at Edgewater Motel, and a cool spot to check
out is Arnolds Ledge. Sunrise Lake gets a normal amount of yearly rainfall; most of the rain falls during August, and February on the other hand is the driest.
