This lake is so wonderful. Lyndon Outing Club is a very popular ski area in close proximity; after a long day outdoors Holiday Motel and Annex is a pleasant spot to spend a night or two. Do explore Hancock Pond near Sukes Pond, it's a stunning lake, and there's whitewater on Nulhegan River for all you adrenaline junkies. Take a hike on the Loggers Loop Trail, and Walker Pond is a nearby lake that you could pop by. The Green Mountains scenery is always beautiful.

is February. Hit the slopes at Burke Mountain in the neighborhood. During the months of summer here at Sukes Pond, high temperatures typically reach the 70's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down
into the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Sukes Pond plunge into the 0's. Yep, outdoors fun things truly is bountiful here in the Green Mountains. Dry warm beds await you at Fairbanks Inn; there are some pleasant whitewater spots on Clyde River.
