     Man, is there plenty of enjoyable stuff to do right next door to Sugar Hill Reservoir. If you're visiting Sugar Hill Reservoir from Rutland, you won't be the only one. If you need a spot to stay Courtyard Middlebury is a nice choice, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Sucker Brook Trail. This lake is so wonderful. A great place for whitewater paddling close to Sugar Hill Reservoir is Middlebury River. Lakes are pleasant; Sucker Brook Reservoir is  
   a lake that's near Sugar Hill Reservoir.
That right there is lots of exciting things already but it goes on, the Green Mountains has it all. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Mad River Glen since you're here, and there is a magnificent hiking trail close by called the Robert Frost Interpretive Trail. You'll really wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the amusing things in the Green Mountains. Very striking scenery and pleasant skiing
 
               is what you get at Sugarbush; after a long day outdoors Mountain Top Inn and Resort is a great place to spend a night or two. If you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on New Haven River, and Sugar Hill Reservoir is a brilliant location to visit for more than one day, United States Forest Service Mount Moosalamoo Campground is a brilliant location to camp nearby.
Barnard Brook is a pretty stream that is worth taking a look at; not far from Sugar Hill Reservoir you'll locate Pleiad Lake which is a pretty lake. This lake is so wonderful. Hogback Mountain can be spotted from Sugar Hill Reservoir, and good water scenery is available at Goshen Dam next to Sugar Hill Reservoir. High temperatures at Sugar Hill Reservoir during the summertime months are in the 80's, and the nighttime is fairly chillier of course, typically in the 50's. High temperatures all through the winter are normally in the 20's; during the dark hours in the wintertime at Sugar Hill Reservoir temperatures descend to the 0's.
From a precipitation point of view Sugar Hill Reservoir is a pretty normal spot; August is when you get the most rain here, and February on the other hand is the driest. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this location. Stay the night at Moosalamoo Campground; on a perfect day you can take a hike along the Windows Trail. Sugar Hill Reservoir is located in the Green Mountains.
