     The beauty of Stoughton Pond attracts many people from all around. You can never get enough of the perfect skiing at Ascutney, and a good spot is The Gulf. All the outdoors amusing things in the Green Mountains will keep you coming back persistently. If you came for an overnight stay Crown Point Camping Area is a delightful place to camp, and if you come at the right time of year, Williams River offers some brilliant whitewater. All the outdoors amusing things  
   close to Stoughton Pond will keep you coming back over and over. Take a hike on the Hang Glider Trail, and Hidden Valley Campgrounds is a glorious campground here.
This lake is so wonderful. An out of the ordinary thing to visit near Stoughton Pond is Springfield Reservoir Dam; get yourself into a kayak and hit Black River. Really splendid skiing awaits you at Suicide Six; going for a hike along the Futures Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of
 
               this region. Stoughton Pond gets a lot of water; August is the month that gets the most rain while February is ordinarily the driest month.
Be careful coming to the Green Mountains, you might not ever want to return back home again. Yeah, come up here to the Green Mountains for a glorious time. Hiking along the Slot Trail is delightful fun, and if you get bored of Stoughton Pond you could also stop at close by Springfield Reservoir. If you need a place to stay Abby Lyn Motel is a good choice, and since you're here you can play some golf at Crown Point Country Club.
Throughout the summertime at Stoughton Pond highs are frequently in the 80's. During the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 50's. During the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's, and nighttime lows throughout the wintertime for Stoughton Pond tend to be in the 10's. Stoughton Pond is one of the lakes here in the Green Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. North Branch Black River is close to Stoughton Pond and is always a delight to take a look at; the top of Butterfield Hill is easily distinguished from Stoughton Pond.
Having a magnificent time at Stoughton Pond is uncomplicated. There's a forest here at Stoughton Pond called Weathersfield Municipal Forest, and dry warm beds await you at Inn At Weathersfield.
