Star Lake is a good place of typical rainfall; throughout the month of August you get the most rain around here, and February is the month with the least moisture. And that's not all you can do here at Star Lake. Camping is available at Plymouth Village Campground, and the scenery at Star Lake Dam is pretty. Lakes are such peaceful       places, why not take a look at Moses Pond near Star Lake; Big Branch is a magnificent whitewater spot nearby. Here at Star Lake there are plenty of people from Rutland, and why not head up to Killington and strap some skis to your feet. That right there is loads already, but it continues; Star Lake has it all. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Star Lake, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs                  in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Star Lake are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Okemo is a very popular ski area in the neighborhood, and a pleasant close by hotel is Winterplace on Okemo Mountain. If you adore the outdoors you'll adore it here in the Green Mountains. Star Lake is right by the Little Michigan Trail; if you need a location to stay Jackson Gore Inn on Okemo Mountain is a tremendous choice. Star Lake is a beautiful lake in the Green Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. At Star Lake you can see Hedgehog Hill, and camping at Night Eagle Wilderness is always a pleasant experience. This place, the Green Mountains, has so much outdoors amusing things.
