Eagle Point is close at hand and always good to visit, and why not camp at Burke Mountain Campgrounds if you're here at Spectacle Pond. Beecher Pond. You'll truly wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun stuff in the Green Mountains. You can run the rapids of Nulhegan River next to Spectacle Pond; a fine place to camp here at Spectacle Pond is Lakeside Camping
Area.
Man, is there a load of exciting stuff to do close to Spectacle Pond. If the weather is great here at Spectacle Pond, you can go for a hike along the Red Pine Trail, and Back Pond is a nearby lake that you could stop at.
That right there is a load of entertaining things already but it goes on, the Green Mountains has it all. Brighton Municipal Forest is a splendid local forest; Clyde River is a tremendous whitewater spot nearby. Going for a hike along
the Shore Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity.
This lake is so wonderful. The Main Trail is a nice hiking trail near Spectacle Pond, and Lyndon Outing Club is a very popular ski area close by. This lake is located in the wonderful Green Mountains.
