Sugarbush is a very popular ski area in the vicinity; after a long day outdoors Clay Brook at Sugarbush is a delightful place to spend a night or two. So many entertaining things in the Green Mountains, just fantastic. In the event that you don't mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on New Haven River, and United States Forest Service Mount Moosalamoo       Campground is a great local campground. And that's not all you can do here in the Green Mountains. Take a hike on the Skylight Pond Trail, and as expected, this is a splendid region for people who like lakes, Pleiad Lake is a lake close by. Yep, outdoors exciting stuff to do are really plentiful here at Skylight Pond. Hiking along the Emily Proctor Trail is magnificent fun, and if you need a site to stay The Bridges Family Resort And Tennis Club is a magnificent                  choice. Head up to Mad River Glen and strap some skis to your feet, and Skylight Pond is a fine place to visit for more than one day, Moosalamoo Campground is a fine place to camp nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Have a nice hiking adventure along the Burnt Hill Trail. Lakes are perfect; Sugar Hill Reservoir is a lake that's near Skylight Pond. From a precipitation point of view Skylight Pond is a pretty common spot; August is when you get the most rain here, and February is when it's the driest. Throughout the long summer days here at Skylight Pond, high temperatures generally reach the 80's, and the nighttime is rather cooler of course, frequently in the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Skylight Pond.
