What a nice lake Skylight Pond is. Skylight Pond is one of the lakes here in the Green Mountains. Very delightful scenery and fine skiing is what you get at Sugarbush. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Skylight Pond has to offer, you can camp at Moosalamoo Campground. From a rain point of view Skylight Pond is a pretty common spot; the wettest month of the year is typically August, that's the one that rains the most while February is the month

This lake is so wonderful. A brilliant place for whitewater paddling near Skylight Pond is Middlebury River. In the event that you don't mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on New Haven River; Battell Mountain is painless to spot from Skylight Pond. But wait, there's more to do close to Skylight Pond. There's fine hiking along the Burnt Hill Trail, and The Bridges Family Resort And Tennis Club | |

is a glorious place to get some rest.
Just can't get enough of the Green Mountains. There are glorious locations to discover along the Skylight Pond Trail, and you'll discover a picturesque lake called Pleiad Lake. Through the
summer at Skylight Pond highs are regularly in the 80's with overnight lows in the 50's. Through the wintertime highs are frequently in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Skylight Pond. This lake is so wonderful.
Skiing at Mad River Glen is one of those things you just have to do; don't leave Skylight Pond without first going for a hike along the Emily Proctor Trail.
And if that's not sufficient there's a lot more cool things to do in
the Green Mountains. Stay the night at United States Forest Service Mount Moosalamoo Campground; if you need a spot to stay Clay Brook at Sugarbush is a glorious choice.
