A visit to Silver Lake is always a good idea. While you're here at Silver Lake you can take a hike along the Juggernaut Trail, and if you need a site to stay Twin Farms is a glorious choice. High temperatures at Silver Lake through the warm months are in the 70's. Summer nighttime lows sink down to the 50's. During the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Silver Lake plunge into the 0's.

| | Any time is a good time at Silver Lake if you adore the outdoors. You might want to pay a visit to The Gulf since you're here at Silver Lake, and there's whitewater on White River for all you adrenaline people.

adventure along the Mount Peg Foot and Bridal Trails, and you can never get enough of the good skiing at Twin Farms. Be careful coming to the Green Mountains, you might not ever want to return home again. Really brilliant skiing awaits
you at Suicide Six. There's so much to do here at Silver Lake that you need to camp here for a while, White River Valley Camping is a tremendous spot for that.
This lake is so wonderful. The Green Mountains scenery is always beautiful.
All the water falling down from the sky makes Silver Lake a wet place; the wettest month of the year is frequently August, that's the one that rains the most, and February is when it's the driest.
This lake is so wonderful. Take a hike on the Barnard Trail, and you can stay the night at Silver Lake Family Campground.
