What a nice lake Sherman Reservoir is. Now, you may think that's a load but there's even more entertaining stuff to do here at Sherman Reservoir. If you come at the right time of year, Deerfield River offers some glorious whitewater, and Sherman Reservoir is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, Country Aire Campgrounds is a tremendous local campground. | | Sherman Dam; a wooded region nearby is Martha's Vineyard State Forest. All through the warmest time of the year highs here at Sherman Reservoir get into the 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 30's, and overnight lows through the wintertime for Sherman Reservoir tend to be in the 0's. with most of the rain, and February on the other hand is the driest. Go for a hike on the Dunbar Brook Trail, and a lake close by is Deerfield River Reservoir. Dunbar Brook is one of the streams nearby that might be worth going to;
a great place to camp here at Sherman Reservoir is Shady Pines Campground. There's great hiking along the Kelly Camp Trail, and fine hiking is available along the Deerfield Ridge Trail. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone
but if it's for you then we recommend Pelham Brook; there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Haystack. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. Mt Snow Grand Summit Resort is a perfect place to get some rest,
and Sherman Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could take a look at. This lake is so wonderful. Mount Snow has good slopes and a friendly staff; after a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Berkshires, Ma is a glorious place to spend a night or two.

 | 1 PHOTO ...duce population which is nearly impossible to do all over the world, china has a good system for that (though a little strict its neccessary you only need two at the most anyway more than that is just rediculous) in building, we need roads, well when it rains the roads and the houses prevent the acidic rain from penetrating and filtering throughout the peat and other minerals in the ground. This filtration helps maintain proper ph (affects fish immensely) and filter sediment out (which hinders the gills of fish)not to mention aids in producing topsoil. so the acid rain is now draining in ditches and along the road into ... sadawga, harriman res., and any other local streams which WILL go to larger bodys of water affecting the fish in numerous ways. I'm just a local catch and release fisherman who has left home to make a difference at home and around the world. as for the natural gas emissions problems, I'm not so worried about that (though its still a worry) to me its more important to focus on my previous exerpt as that affects the later exponentially.
