here at Lake Shaftsbury you can take a hike along the West Ridge Trail, and Snow Valley has perfect slopes and a friendly staff. All the outdoors amusing things in the Green Mountains will keep you coming back over and over. There
are some wonderful whitewater spots on Battenkill River; obviously, A journey to Dry Brook Hollow is always fun. Throughout the summertime highs here at Lake Shaftsbury get into the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures dip down
into the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's while Lake Shaftsbury nighttime low temperatures throughout the wintertime are in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Lake Shaftsbury
you will meet lots of folks from nearby Bennington, and Howell's Camping Area is a good campground here. This site is excellent, just explore all the exciting things to do near Lake Shaftsbury. Lakes are delightful; Millers Pond is
a lake that's close to Lake Shaftsbury, and camping at Lake Shaftsbury is great fun, Holysmoke Camps is a great local campground. Lake Shaftsbury gets a typical amount of yearly rain; August is the wettest month with most rain, and
the driest of the months is February. This lake is so wonderful. On a nice day at Lake Shaftsbury you can take a hike along the Bald Mountain Trail, and dry warm beds await you at Alexandra B and B.
