If you are traveling by, why not stop by Shadow Pond. This lake is one of the great places here in the Green Mountains. Get soaked paddling on Lamoille River - Wild Branch; getting to Buck Lake Brook from Shadow Pond is trouble-free. At Shadow Pond through the warm months highs are in the 80's, and the nighttime is a little cooler of course, typically in the 50's. During the wintertime highs are regularly in the 20's; after the sun is down during the winter temperatures

Woodbury Town Forest is a forest near Shadow Pond that you can go to, and you'll hit upon a pretty lake called Buck Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Winooski River is so much fun, and a fine nearby hotel is Village Motel. What a location this is for outdoors folks. If the weather is lovely, you get a pleasant vista of Round Knoll from Shadow Pond; Idle Hours Campground is a brilliant campground here.

lake is so wonderful. Inn On The Common is a great place to get some rest, and hiking along the Owls Head Trail is splendid fun. Whohoo, so many amusing things in one place! The Green Mountains is unbeatable! If you're here at Shadow
Pond and you like golf, you can take a look at Woodbury Golf Course; you can stay the night at Spooners Trailer Park and Campground. Shadow Pond truly is in the middle of a striking outdoors paradise.
It's always glorious to visit
Blake Falls, and Shadow Pond is right by the Kettle Pond Trail. Now, you may believe that's loads but there's even more enjoyable stuff to do here in the Green Mountains. Have a delightful hiking adventure along the Osmore Pond Hiking
Loop; you'll meet a lot of folks from Barre here. A lot of rainfall falls at Shadow Pond; August is the month that gets the most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest.
