If you are in Orleans county it's always a good idea to stop by Seymour Lake. Seymour Lake gets a common amount of yearly rain; August is when you get the most rain here; February is when it's the driest. So many cool things in the Green Mountains, just incredible. The snow is perfect at Burke Mountain; if the weather is good, you can go for a hike along the Mount Pisgah Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at White Caps Campground, and after a long

Deer Hill is clearly visible from Seymour Lake, and there is a good hiking trail close by called the Herbert Hawkes Hiking Trail.
