    Searsburg Reservoir is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. Hit the slopes at Mount Snow around here, and do take a hike on the Kelly Camp Trail. This lake is so wonderful. There's some interesting stuff to make out at Searsburg Dam right next door to Searsburg Reservoir; during your trip here you'll meet some people from Bennington for sure. This lake is so wonderful. Get wet paddling on Deerfield River - East Branch, and Country Aire  
   Campgrounds is a brilliant campground here.
All through the warm days of summer at Searsburg Reservoir highs are ordinarily in the 80's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 50's. Throughout the winter the highs are frequently in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Searsburg Reservoir are in the 0's. So much exciting stuff close to Searsburg Reservoir, simply fantastic. Whitewater paddling is splendid on Deerfield River, and
 
               dry warm beds await you at North Branch Club. There's some flowing water close by, Bond Brook is a stream you can take a look at while here, and White House of Wilmington is a fine site to get some rest.
A tour to Sleepy Hollow is always fun, and Searsburg Reservoir is right by the Deerfield Ridge Trail. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Haystack, and camping at Searsburg Reservoir is great fun, Red Mill Brook Campground is a great local campground.
Searsburg Reservoir commonly gets much rain; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain; the driest of the months is February.
