Having a nice time at Scott Pond is painless. Really perfect skiing awaits you at Mad River Glen, and the Beaver Meadow Trail offers hiking at its best. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay T-Bird Motor Inn is a wonderful choice.       Hiking is a popular thing to do around Scott Pond; Abbey Pond Trail is a glorious local trail; a golf course close by is Cedar Knoll Country Club. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Shelburne Camping Area while you're here at Scott Pond; a great view of delightful Mount Fuller is available. After a long day outdoors Countryside Motel is a wonderful place to spend a night or two, and skiing at Cochran Ski Center is one of those things you just ought                  to do.
