A visit to Schofield Pond is always a good idea. Through the warm days of summer, highs mostly are in the 80's at Schofield Pond. Summer overnight lows fall down to the 50's. Highs through the wintertime are typically in the 20's; nighttime lows in the 0's for Schofield Pond. Schofield Pond is a wet spot that gets a large amount of rain; most of the rain falls throughout August, and the driest month is February. If you want a good time in the great outdoors

These mountains rock, just look at all the cool things to do in the Green Mountains. People from Barre love to come to Schofield Pond, and hey, Gotta ski right? Stowe is a tremendous spot to do that. All the outdoors
fun stuff near Schofield Pond will keep you coming back repeatedly. Beaver Meadow is right here at Schofield Pond; Plaza Hotel is a delightful place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Schofield Pond is magnificent enough
to spend more than a day at, Mountain View Campground is a magnificent local campground; if you need a place to stay Sunset Motor Inn is a pleasant choice.
You can run the rapids of Gihon River in close proximity to Schofield
Pond, and an afternoon playing golf at Farm Resort & Golf Course is always a pleasure. Whohoo, so many enjoyable things in one place! Schofield Pond rules! Very beautiful scenery and good skiing is what you get at Smugglers Notch;
a glorious location to camp here at Schofield Pond is Lakeview Camping Area. Go for a hike on the Bayley Hazen Military Road Trail, also Green River Dam is worth a visit while you're here.
This lake is so wonderful. Devils Gap is a tremendous location to check out close by, and unsurprisingly Wiley Brook flows through this area.
