Many people like to go to Sargent Pond. If only every place had this much outdoors cool things, what a great planet it would be. Country Village Campgrounds is a fine campground here, and not far from Sargent Pond you'll come across Butler Pond which is a stunning lake. While you're here at Sargent Pond you will meet lots of folks from nearby Rutland, and Jen's Motel is a pleasant site to get some rest. High temperatures at Sargent Pond during the days of summer

| | are in the 80's; the overnight is quite chillier of course, regularly in the 50's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 20's; winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Sargent Pond.

amount of precipitation. This site, the Green Mountains, has so much outdoors fun stuff. Paddling on Clarendon River is so much fun, and on a great day you can take a hike along the Chandler Ridge Trail.
Sargent Pond is a beautiful
lake in the Green Mountains. A day on the slopes of Pico Mountain is just what you need, and Grandpa Knob is uncomplicated to spot from Sargent Pond. This lake is so wonderful. The skiing at Killington is good, and a forest close
by is Proctor Village Municipal Forest.
So much exciting stuff to do in the Green Mountains, not sufficient time. For you golfers we recommend close by Proctor-Pittsford Country Club, and Sargent Pond is a nice location to camp,
Smoke Rise Family Campground is a nice location. While you're here at Sargent Pond you can take a hike along the Daniel Coffey Memorial Trial, and you can have a brilliant hiking adventure along the Duval Trail. This lake is so wonderful.
If you need a place to stay Brandon Motor Lodge is a wonderful choice, and float down the rapids of Otter Creek in a kayak.
