Have a good hiking adventure along the Half Moon Pond Trail, and why not camp at Lake Bomoseen Camp Ground while you're here at Lake Saint Catherine. Take a hike on the Glen Lake Trail, and the view of Saint Catherine Mountain is charming. Having a pleasant time at Lake Saint Catherine is simple. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Bomoseen Hiking Loop; Holiday Inn RUTLAND-KILLINGTON AREA is a magnificent site to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful.

During the months of summer at Lake Saint Catherine highs are frequently in the 80's. Summer overnight lows dip down to the 50's. Saint Catherine; the month with most of the rain is August; February on the other hand is the driest. A gorgeous lake like Lily Pond in close proximity to Lake Saint Catherine is a splendid place to stop at; there's no such thing
as a bad day of skiing at nearby Snow Valley. This lake is so wonderful. Enjoy a round of golf at Lake St Catherine Country Club not far from Lake Saint Catherine, and there are plenty of folks from Rutland here. You don’t have
to go far from Lake Saint Catherine to catch a sight of the water at Melcher Dam, and do go to Little Lake, it's a wonderful lake. Atwater Bay is not far from Lake Saint Catherine at all; a glorious place to camp here at Lake
Saint Catherine is Camp Catherine Capers. All the outdoors cool stuff right next door to Lake Saint Catherine will keep you coming back persistently. It's a nice idea to explore Endless Brook, it's near Lake Saint Catherine, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Poultney River.

If only every location had this much outdoor entertaining stuff, what a great planet it would be. A tremendous place like Half Moon Pond State Park is near Country Village Campground and is too wonderful to leave out, and going for a hike on the Falls of Lana Trail is always a perfect adventure. All through the warm days of summer at Country Village Campground highs are mostly in the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's with winter lows in the 0's. When the weather is good here at Country Village Campground, you can go for a hike along the Chandler Ridge Trail, and the friendly people of Brandon like to hang out nearby. The Duval Trail is a delightful hiking trail next to Country Village Campground, and a day on Pico Mountain is just what you need.
