Dry warm beds await you at Days Inn Barre Montpelier. These mountains rock, just explore all the fun things to do in the Green Mountains. If you don't mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Lamoille River - Wild Branch, and Spooners Trailer Park and Campground is a great campground nearby. The high level of rain makes Sabin Pond a relatively wet site; August       is the month that gets the most rain; February on the other hand is the driest. Sabin Pond is located in the Green Mountains. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 60's to Sabin Pond. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's. Through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 10's, and night lows during the winter for Sabin Pond tend to be in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Visit Buck Lake Brook since you're here at Sabin Pond, and                  if you need a site to stay Hollow Inn and Motel is a glorious choice. The Kettle Pond Trail is a wonderful hiking trail close to Sabin Pond; since you're here you will meet lots of people from nearby Barre. This lake is so wonderful. A visit to Blake Falls will fill your spirit with splendid feelings; do visit Woodbury Upper Dam while you're here. Near Sabin Pond you come across the Osmore Pond Hiking Loop which is a glorious hiking trail; an afternoon playing golf at Woodbury Golf Course is always a diversion. If you want a delightful time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Green Mountains. There is a magnificent hiking trail near Sabin Pond called the Owls Head Trail, and Foster Hill is clearly visible from Sabin Pond. A charming lake like King Ponds close to Sabin Pond is a splendid site to check out, and Winooski River is a delightful whitewater spot nearby. This spot rocks, just look at all the amusing things to do next to Sabin Pond.
