Any time is a perfect time at Sabin Pond if you have a thing about the outdoors. Dry warm beds await you at Days Inn Barre Montpelier. These mountains rock, just explore all the fun things to do in the Green Mountains. If you don't mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Lamoille River - Wild Branch, and Spooners Trailer Park and Campground is a great campground nearby. A visit to Blake Falls will fill your spirit with splendid feelings; do visit Woodbury Upper Dam while you're here. Near Sabin Pond you come across the Osmore Pond Hiking Loop which is a glorious hiking trail; an afternoon playing
golf at Woodbury Golf Course is always a diversion. If you want a delightful time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Green Mountains. There is a magnificent hiking trail near Sabin Pond called the Owls Head Trail, and
Foster Hill is clearly visible from Sabin Pond. A charming lake like King Ponds close to Sabin Pond is a splendid site to check out, and Winooski River is a delightful whitewater spot nearby. This spot rocks, just look at all the
