What a nice lake Round Pond is. A magnificent nearby hotel is Green Acres Cabins & Shop; you can have a brilliant hiking adventure along the South Shore Hiking Trail. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this spot. Head up to Burke Mountain and strap some skis to your feet, and if you need a site to stay Pinecrest Motor Court is a perfect choice. Yep, outdoors exciting things truly is bountiful here in the Green Mountains. Clyde River has a great whitewater

| | paddling spot close by, and do take a hike on the Herbert Hawkes Hiking Trail.
A pretty lake like Duck Pond near Round Pond is a nice spot to check out, and if you came for an overnight stay Will-o-wood Campground is a tremendous place to camp. The warmest time of the year at Round Pond comes with high temperatures in the 70's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's, and overnight lows in the 0's for Round | |

Pond. This lake is so wonderful. On a wonderful day you get a sight of Big Rock Hill from Round Pond.
If you want a perfect time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Green Mountains. The best way to spend a winter day
is on the slopes of nearby Lyndon Outing Club, and if you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Barton River. Round Pond gets a normal amount of yearly rainfall; the month of August is the wettest
with most of the rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Round Pond is located in the Green Mountains.
This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Belview Campground; going for a hike along the Mount Pisgah Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region.
