Vermont has many beautiful lakes and Richville Pond is one of them. This lake is so wonderful. Near Richville Pond you come across the Daniel Coffey Memorial Trial which is a wonderful hiking trail, and Richville Pond is a fine spot to visit for more than one day, Lake Dunmore Kamperville is a fine spot to camp nearby. Summertime highs at Richville Pond generally tend to be in the 80's while night lows are frequently in the 50's. All through the winter highs

Here at Richville Pond you can observe Cutting Hill; Choate Pond is a great lake close by. If you want a good time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Richville Pond. Bascom Brook is a stream that you may stumble upon while here, and some out of the ordinary geology is available here, The Pinnacle is right here. This lake is so wonderful. | |

Going for a hike on the Half Moon Pond Trail is always a brilliant adventure, and The Middlebury Inn is a great site to get some rest. Half Moon State Park Campground is a splendid campground nearby; Richville Dam has delightful water
scenery. People from Rutland love to come to Richville Pond; you can run the rapids of Otter Creek. After a long day outdoors Courtyard By Marriott Middlebury is a good site to spend a night or two; lakes are such calm places,
why not visit Fortier Pond. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun stuff at Richville Pond. Richville Pond gets a normal amount of yearly rainfall; August is the wettest month with most rain; January is when
it's the driest. There are pleasant places to discover along the Glen Lake Trail, and a great place for whitewater paddling is La Chute River.

At this campground you will always have a delightful time. Getting to Neshobe River from Country Village Campground is simple, and Middlebury River has a great whitewater paddling spot nearby.
Outdoor recreation is bountiful, some of the enjoyable stuff you can do is swimming, playing golf at Neshobe Golf Club, whitewater paddling, hiking, and fishing, so you won’t run out of things to do.
The folks who look after the campground and all the nice pastime activities will make you feel at home. Quite a lot of cool stuff to do next to Country Village Campground, and it's one of those places where everything is close.
If only every location had this much outdoor entertaining stuff, what a great planet it would be. A tremendous place like Half Moon Pond State Park is near Country Village Campground and is too wonderful to leave out, and going for a hike on the Falls of Lana Trail is always a perfect adventure.
