Richmond Pond is always a pleasure to visit. What a location this is for outdoors folks. Through the summertime here at Richmond Pond, high temperatures usually reach the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's while Richmond Pond night low temperatures throughout the wintertime are in the 0's. | | a hike on the Nose Dive Trail is always a great adventure. You can spot The Cobble from Richmond Pond, and naturally Huntington River flows through this vicinity. This lake is so wonderful. Towneplace Suites By Marriott Burlington is a brilliant place to get some rest, and there is a splendid hiking trail nearby called the Beane Trail. Brook. Richmond Pond is a tremendous spot to visit for more than one day, South Hill Riverside Campground is a tremendous spot to camp nearby, and Huntington River is a great whitewater spot close by. This lake is so wonderful.
People from Burlington-South Burlington love to come to Richmond Pond, and a day on the slopes of Bolton Valley is just what you need. Richmond Pond gets a typical amount of annual rainfall; August is the month that gets the most
rain, and the driest month is February. These mountains rock, just explore all the exciting stuff to do in the Green Mountains. There are wonderful sites to look at along the Sawmill Loop Trail, and lakes are such serene sites, why not stop at Gillett Pond.
