Looking for something near Red Mill Pond? Adams Reservoir is close at hand, and Red Mill Pond is not far at all from Bennington. This lake is so wonderful. Really splendid skiing awaits you at Mount Snow, and there's good hiking along
the Molly Stark Trail. High temperatures at Red Mill Pond during the summer months are in the 80's, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Highs during the winter are usually in the 30's, and after the sun is down
through the winter temperatures at Red Mill Pond sink into the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. A great nearby hotel is Mt Snow Grand Summit Resort, and drift down the rapids of Deerfield River in a kayak. You can never get enough
of the delightful skiing at Haystack; an interesting thing to check out close to Red Mill Pond is Adams Reservoir Dam.
