Beautiful Reading Pond has much to offer visitors. This lake is so wonderful. Do stop by Echo Lake in close proximity to Reading Pond, it's a delightful lake, and if you came for an overnight stay Meadow Brook Campgrounds is a delightful location to camp. The vista of scenic The Alps near Reading Pond is delightful, and Williams River is a good whitewater spot nearby. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Reading Pond you can play some golf at Okemo Valley

| | Golf Club, and going for a hike on the Juggernaut Trail is always a great adventure. So much exciting stuff to do here at Reading Pond, too good to be true. Really wonderful skiing awaits you at Okemo; a perfect location for whitewater paddling is Black River. All year is a great time in the Green Mountains if you love the outdoors. nearby. Life's too short to enjoy all the enjoyable things in the Green Mountains. Dry warm beds await you at The Pointe at Castle Hill Resort, and you'll find a gorgeous lake called Colby Pond. During the warmest time of the
year, highs typically are in the 80's at Reading Pond; during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. High temperatures throughout the winter are normally in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Reading Pond are in the 10's.
Why not take a look at nearby Barker Brook while you're here at Reading Pond; there is a great hiking trail close by called the Barnard Trail. Suicide Six has fine slopes and a friendly staff; you can go for a hike on the Mount Peg
Foot and Bridal Trails. Yeah, come here to Reading Pond for a great time. After a long day outdoors Jackson Gore Inn on Okemo Mountain is a nice place to spend a night or two. Reading Pond is a beautiful lake in the Green Mountains.
All the water falling down from the sky makes Reading Pond a wet place; all through August this area sees the most rain; the driest of the months is February.
