That right there is a load of enjoyable stuff already but it goes on, the Green Mountains has it all. So much amusing stuff near The Pogue, truly unbelievable. The top of Breakneck Hill is easily seen from The Pogue. You'll need more than a day to look at everything The Pogue has to offer, you can camp at Pine Valley Resort Campground. Yep, outdoors cool things to do are really plentiful here at The Pogue. Hiking is a popular thing       to do around The Pogue; Hang Glider Trail is a magnificent local trail, and there are other locations here than The Pogue, for example Cox Reservoir. Be careful coming to the Green Mountains, you might not ever wanna return home again. Dry warm beds await you at The Woodstock Inn & Resort, and get yourself into a kayak and hit White River. Go for a hike on the Mount Peg Foot and Bridal Trails, and you'll meet a lot of folks from Lebanon here. Looking for                  some flowing water? Try Barnard Brook, and The Pogue is a nice spot to visit for more than one day, Silver Lake Family Campground is a nice spot to camp nearby. Throughout the warmest time of the year here at The Pogue, high temperatures regularly get into the 70's. Summer nighttime lows dip down to the 50's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at The Pogue. This lake is so wonderful. Take some time to take a look at Woodstock Town Forest since you're here, and there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at close by Suicide Six. The Pogue mostly gets a great deal of precipitation; all through August this area sees the most rain; February meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Hit the slopes at Twin Farms around here, and lakes are such peaceful places, why not explore Carlton Reservoir. Yeah, come up here to the Green Mountains for a fine time. There are some tremendous whitewater spots on Ottauquechee River, and an exciting thing to go to in the neighborhood of The Pogue is Cox District Reservoir Dam. Good hiking is available along the Barnard Trail, and if you need a site to stay Woodstock Inn And Resort is a fine choice.
