Going for a hike on the Burnt Hill Trail is always a tremendous adventure; if you're visiting from Rutland, you won't be the only one. All year is a glorious time in the Green Mountains if you love the outdoors. You simply ought to go to Silent Cliff if you're here at Pleiad Lake; the slopes of Mad River Glen are so inviting noone can resist. Summer brings highs in the 80's  
   to Pleiad Lake, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. Highs through the wintertime are frequently in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Pleiad Lake.
So much exciting stuff to do at Pleiad Lake, so little time. Looking for something near Pleiad Lake? Skylight Pond is close at hand It's always glorious to stop at Bailey Falls. Paddling on Middlebury River is so much fun, and dry warm beds await you at Mountain Top Inn and
 
               Resort. This lake is so wonderful. There are great places to explore along the Sucker Brook Trail; drift down the rapids of New Haven River in a kayak.

Don't leave Pleiad Lake without first going for a hike along the Windows Trail, and everyone nearby loves skiing at Sugarbush. This place is so good, just look at all the exciting things to do near Pleiad Lake. A perfect location to camp here at Pleiad Lake is Moosalamoo Campground, and the peak of Burnt Hill can be seen from Pleiad Lake.
Camping at United States Forest Service Mount Moosalamoo Campground is always a brilliant experience, and Crystal Brook is one of the streams close by that might be worth taking a look at. Pleiad Lake is located in the Green Mountains. The amount of rain that falls at Pleiad Lake is close to the national average; all through August this area sees the most rain, and the driest of the months is February.
