Piedmont Pond is a lake worth visiting. Piedmont Pond is a good place of common rain; August is when you get the most rain here while February is typically the driest month. But wait, there's more enjoyable things to do in the Green Mountains. Good hiking is available along the Bucklin Trail; in the event that you don't mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Mill River. Piedmont Pond is located in the Green Mountains.

Go for a hike on the South Pond Trail, and after a long day outdoors Rodeway Inn Rutland is a splendid place to spend a night or two. Some great nature is available in Rutland Municipal Forest; what would winter be without some skiing at Killington. This lake is so wonderful. Iroquios Land Family is a brilliant
campground here, and if you're looking for some flowing water? Try Mussey Brook. Having a good time in the Green Mountains is easy. If you're interested in hydro structures, you can pop by Eddy Pond Lower Dam, and while you're here
you will meet lots of people from nearby Rutland.
You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun things at Piedmont Pond. If you came for an overnight stay Hapgood Pond - Green Mountain National Forest is a nice place
to camp, and an afternoon playing golf at Rutland Country Club is always a joy. No way I can stop, cause I'm havin' a delightful time here at Piedmont Pond. The slopes of Pico Mountain are so inviting nobody can resist. There are
other locations here than Piedmont Pond, for example Combination Pond; Clarendon River is a good whitewater spot nearby.
