Do stop by Pickerel Pond while you're in this part of Vermont. Be careful coming to the Green Mountains, you might not ever want to return home again. Going for a hike on the Mad Tom Trail is always a pleasant adventure, and Campground C is a glorious campground nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Pickerel Pond is located in the Green Mountains. There are some great whitewater spots on Big Branch; a great close by hotel is Inns at the Equinox. Yeah, come up here
to the Green Mountains for a good time. If you're here at Pickerel Pond, you could go to Little Mad Tom Brook; there's whitewater on Roaring Branch for all you adrenaline rush seekers.
