If you like lakes and you're in this part of Vermont you can check out Perch Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Bayley Hazen Military Road Trail; if you need a place to stay Commodores Inn is a good choice. Yeah, come here to Perch Pond for a brilliant time. At Perch Pond during the summer highs are in the 80's. Through the moonlight hours it's typically in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's,

| | and overnight lows at Perch Pond through the winter typically fall into the 0's. Really glorious skiing awaits you at Smugglers Notch, and Golden Eagle Resort is a brilliant place to get some rest. Perch Pond is a reasonably wet place commonly with a lot of rain; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. hang out nearby, and glide down the rapids of Lamoille River - Wild Branch in a kayak. Take a hike on the Kettle Pond Trail; from Perch Pond you acquire a great view of Umbrella Hill. There's no way somebody can get bored here
in the Green Mountains. If you came to camp Lakeview Camping Area is a delightful place to do that, and since you're here, you could also stop by gorgeous Clear Pond. Perch Pond is one of the lakes here in the Green Mountains.
So much fun stuff to do in the Green Mountains, not enough time. You can never get enough of the great skiing at Stowe. There's so much to do here at Perch Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Mountain View Campground is a
good spot for that. So much cool stuff to do here at Perch Pond, too wonderful to be true. A quick journey to Bruce Brook close to Perch Pond is a glorious idea, and do pop by Zack Woods Pond, it's a striking lake. There's a brilliant forest near Perch Pond called Morrisville Village Forest; get yourself into a kayak and hit Gihon River.

Jay Peak is well known for its glades and extreme chutes but there's more to the mountain than just expert terrain ? like The Zone, Jay Peak's learning area, which includes 4 lifts that access 11 trails and introductory glades.... Hmm? Jay Peak seems like it has two peaks, shouldn't it be called Jay Peaks? But other than the confusing name I have no complaints. Lots of good runs.... |
