Go to Pecks Pond if you want to go to a nice lake. You can see West Hill from Pecks Pond, and during your spree here you'll meet some folks from Barre for sure. This location, the Green Mountains, has so much outdoors fun stuff. After a long day outdoors Knoll Motel is a brilliant spot to spend a night or two, and it's a great idea to explore Cold Spring Brook. There's so much to do here at Pecks Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Lazy Lions Campground is a delightful location for that, and not far from here you can enjoy the trees of Barre City Municipal Forest. Kettle Pond Trail, and paddling on Minister Brook is so much fun. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Bear Hill Trail is always a magnificent adventure; Country Club of Barre is a glorious golf course close by. Pecks
Pond is a beautiful lake in the Green Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. If you get bored of Pecks Pond, you could also pop by close by Bolster Reservoir; dry warm beds await you at Budget Inn. And that's not all you can do
here at Pecks Pond. Pecks Pond is glorious enough to spend more than a day at, Limehurst Lake is a glorious local campground, and if you like skiing, you're in luck; Stowe is reasonably near. Winooski River has a wonderful whitewater paddling spot close by, and you can go for a hike on the Silver Ledge Trail.
