Pecks Pond is a lake worth visiting. This lake is so wonderful. Cold Spring Brook is a good local stream, and lakes are such serene spots, why not stop at Berlin Pond. Just can't get enough of the Green Mountains. The snow is great at Stowe, and going for a hike on the Bear Hill Trail is always a glorious adventure. Go for a hike on the Silver Ledge Trail, and camping at Limehurst Lake is always a great experience. Get your pulse rate up on the great whitewater

There are other places here than Pecks Pond, for example Limehurst Pond, and Country Club of Barre is a glorious golf course close by. All through the warm days of summer, highs typically are in the 70's at Pecks Pond. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 50's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Pecks Pond. | |

And that's not all you can do here in the Green Mountains. There are wonderful locations to explore along the Kettle Pond Trail; there's whitewater on Winooski River for all you adrenaline kick people. Man, is there a heap of fun
stuff to do in the vicinity of Pecks Pond. A brilliant close by hotel is Barre-Days Inn Barre/Montpelier. Pecks Pond gets a normal amount of yearly rain; August is the month that gets the most rain while February is usually the driest
month. This lake is so wonderful. This is a popular place for people from Barre, and nearby you'll hit upon a wooded vicinity called Barre City Municipal Forest. Pecks Pond is one of the lakes here in the Green Mountains. Not
sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this spot. Pecks Pond is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, Lazy Lions Campground is a delightful local campground, and if you need a location to stay Hollow Inn and Motel is a brilliant choice.
