If you want a great time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Green Mountains. If you come at the right time of year, Big Branch offers some perfect whitewater, and after a long day outdoors Stratton Mountain Resort is a pleasant location to spend a night or two. There's so much to do here at Peabody Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Otter Creek Campground is a glorious place for that; a day on the slopes of Bromley is just what you need.

| | This lake is so wonderful. Peabody Pond is right by the Jones Brook Trail, and dry warm beds await you at Winterplace on Okemo Mountain. Peabody Pond gets much water; most of the rain falls throughout August, and the driest of the months is February. Peabody Pond is located in the Green Mountains. Pond. The Utley Brook Trail offers hiking at its best. Lakes are wonderful; Moses Pond is a lake that's close to Peabody Pond. Peabody Pond is a place with many visitors from Rutland. This lake is so wonderful. Drift down the
rapids of West River in a kayak; hiking is a popular thing to do around Peabody Pond; Little Michigan Trail is a great local trail. High temperatures at Peabody Pond during the warmest time of the year are in the 80's, and the overnight
is fairly cooler of course, generally in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Peabody Pond temperatures plunge to the 10's.
