If you want a nice       time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Green Mountains. Stillwater Campground is a great campground here, and you'll meet a lot of folks from Barre here. Noyes Pond is near Noyes Pond Dam which is a beautiful place positively worth going to; Pigeon Pond is a nearby lake that you could stop at. Noyes Pond is a beautiful lake in the Green Mountains. Noyes Pond gets a common amount of yearly rain; during August this area sees the most rain, and                  February is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Big Deer Campground; get your heart beating on the tremendous whitewater of Waits River. This lake is so wonderful. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Silver Ledge Trail; hiking along the Owls Head Trail is wonderful fun. These mountains rock, just check out all the entertaining stuff to do in the Green Mountains. On a wonderful day you can visit Boulder Beach in the neighborhood of Noyes Pond, and a great place for whitewater paddling is Winooski River. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the enjoyable things at Noyes Pond.
