     The beauty of Norton Pond attracts many people from all around. Paddling on Clyde River is so much fun, and Hedgehog Hill is beautiful and can be made out from here. This lake is so wonderful. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Burke Mountain. Soar down the rapids of Nulhegan River in a kayak; if you're here you can take a hike along the Mount Gore Trail.

   Norton Pond; Norton Pond Dam is a picturesque site. There's so much to do here at Norton Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Lakeside Camping Area is a splendid place for that, and if you need a place to stay Random House is a fine choice. It's a good idea to pop by Davis Brook, it's near Norton Pond; Norton Pond is great enough to spend more than a day at, White Caps Campground is a great local campground.
Norton Pond is a good site of common
 
               rainfall; most of the rain falls through August; February on the other hand is the driest. For the duration of the days of summer at Norton Pond temperatures are mostly in the 70's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 50's. Daytime highs throughout the wintertime are in the 20's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Norton Pond dip into the 0's. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Norton Pond. On a great day at Norton Pond you can take a hike along the Gore Trail, and a delightful close by hotel is Clyde River Hotel.
