If you want a delightful time in the great outdoors, just come on down to North Bennington Reservoir. North Bennington Memorial Forest is a perfect local forest, and you can hit the slopes at Mount Snow close by. An average amount of rain falls at North Bennington Reservoir; the month with most of the rain is August, and February meanwhile is the driest month. If                  you're here at North Bennington Reservoir, you could take a look at Basin Brook, as expected you could also explore Millers Pond while you're here; it's not far at all.
