Beautiful Newark Pond has much to offer visitors. Get soaked paddling on Moose River. There's so much to do here at Newark Pond that you need to camp here for a while, White Caps Campground is a good place for that. Throughout the days of summer highs here at Newark Pond get into the 70's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Newark Pond. If you

| | want a brilliant time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Green Mountains. Bald Hill Pond is a nearby lake that you could pop by, and Green Acres Cabins & Shop is a great place to get some rest.
From a precipitation point of view Newark Pond is a relatively normal site; during August this area sees the most rain, and February is when it's the driest. This lake is one of the great places here in the Green Mountains. These mountains rock, just explore | |

all the entertaining things to do in the Green Mountains. Paddling on Clyde River is so much fun, and a fine vista of stunning McSherry Mountain is available.
This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Will-o-wood Campground
is a nice site to do that, and after a long day outdoors Inn at Mountain View Farm is a wonderful location to spend a night or two. All the outdoors fun stuff near Newark Pond will keep you coming back many times. There is a good
hiking trail near Newark Pond called the Herbert Hawkes Hiking Trail, and naturally Arcadia Brook flows through this neighborhood.
This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Newark Pond you can take a hike along the South
Shore Hiking Trail, and skiing at Lyndon Outing Club is one of those things you just should do. On a glorious day at Newark Pond you can take a hike along the Mount Pisgah Trail, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Burke Mountain since you're here.
