Many people like to go to Nelson Pond. This lake is one of the great places here in the Green Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Have a tremendous hiking adventure along the Kettle Pond Trail; get yourself into a kayak and hit Minister Brook. And that's not all you can do here at Nelson Pond. This lake is so wonderful. to stay CAPITAL INN is a delightful choice. Man, is there a heap of cool things to do in the Green Mountains. There are some good whitewater spots on Winooski River; if you came for an overnight stay Green Valley Campground is a wonderful
place to camp. Summertime highs at Nelson Pond ordinarily tend to be in the 60's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 50's. Highs during the wintertime are mostly in the 10's; overnight lows in the 0's for Nelson
Pond. After a long day outdoors Hilltop Inn is a nice place to spend a night or two; if you're here you will meet lots of folks from close by Barre. You definitely ought to go for the Green Mountains. A delightful lake like Adamant
Pond in close proximity to Nelson Pond is a tremendous location to take a look at; going for a hike along the Bear Hill Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area.
