Many people like to go to Negro Pond. So many entertaining things to do in the Green Mountains, not sufficient time. A glorious nearby hotel is Inn at Mountain View Farm; camping at Negro Pond is brilliant fun, White Caps Campground is a brilliant local campground. This lake is so wonderful. Why not take a refreshing hike along the South Shore Hiking Trail; you'll locate a beautiful lake called Long Pond. What would winter be without some skiing at Lyndon Outing

This site, the Green Mountains, has so much outdoors exciting things. The slopes of Burke Mountain are so inviting nobody can resist; if you need a place to stay Green Acres Cabins & Shop is a great choice. This lake is so wonderful. A fine location for whitewater paddling right
next door to Negro Pond is Barton River. And if that's not enough, there's a load more to do in close proximity to Negro Pond. Get your heart pumping on the nice whitewater of Clyde River; hiking is a popular thing to do around Negro
Pond; Mount Pisgah Trail is a splendid local trail. An average amount of rain falls at Negro Pond; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest.
Negro Pond is one of the lakes here in the Green Mountains.
