Neal Pond is a nice lake to visit. So many enjoyable things to do here in the Green Mountains, too magnificent to be true. There's so much to do here at Neal Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Lancaster Kwik Stop and Truck Stop is a great place for that, and you're sure to bump into some smiling folks from Berlin here. | | place for people who don’t like to have fun. Hiking along the Loon Trail is good fun, and whitewater paddling is magnificent on Israel River.
Ammonoosuc River has a brilliant whitewater paddling spot nearby, and why not a little side journey to Hall Brook. Neal Pond is located in the Green Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. The warmest time of the year at Neal Pond arrives with high temperatures in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 50's. Through the winter
highs are in the 20's; through the dark hours in the winter at Neal Pond temperatures sink to the-10's. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Neal Pond you can take a hike along the Shore Trail, and a day on the slopes of
Cannon Mountain is just what you need. Neal Pond is a good spot of common precipitation; the wettest month of the year is typically August, that's the one that rains the most; February is when it's the driest.
