If you want a great time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Mud Pond. Go for a hike on the Osmore Pond Hiking Loop, and playing golf is lots of fun at Woodbury Golf Course. Whohoo, so many exciting things in one place! The Green Mountains is peerless! Camping is available at Spooners Trailer Park and Campground; there are some brilliant whitewater spots on Winooski River. Going for a hike on the Kettle       Pond Trail is always a wonderful adventure, and while you're here you will meet lots of people from close by Barre. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors amusing things the Green Mountains has to offer. There are tremendous places to discover along the Owls Head Trail; Injun Joe Court is a good site to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. This is a good neighborhood for people who like lakes. Knob Hill Pond is a lake around here, and whitewater                  paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Lamoille River - Wild Branch. Mud Pond is a wet spot that gets much precipitation; all through August this area sees the most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest. Mud Pond is a beautiful lake in the Green Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. High temperatures at Mud Pond during the summer months are in the 60's, and the night is a little cooler of course, ordinarily in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 10's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Mud Pond.
