If you are in this part of Vermont make sure to pay a visit to Mud Pond. Mud Pond is located in the Green Mountains. If the weather is tremendous here at Mud Pond, you can go for a hike along the Osmore Pond Hiking Loop, and Mud Pond is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Spooners Trailer Park and Campground is a splendid local campground. | | Mud Pond, Buck Lake is nearby. This lake is so wonderful. On a brilliant day at Mud Pond you can take a hike along the Owls Head Trail, and Mackville Dam has nice water scenery. And that's not everything there is to do here in the Green Mountains. At Mud Pond you always meet someone from Barre, and swing by Bunker Brook it's a magnificent site to take a look at. Dry warm beds await you at Village Motel, and Round Knoll can be distinguished from Mud Pond. | |

The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Mud Pond while nighttime lows are generally in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's, and nighttime lows at Mud Pond through the wintertime mostly dip into the 0's.
Just can't get enough of the Green Mountains. Going for a hike along the Kettle Pond Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and a round of golf at nearby Woodbury Golf Course is a pleasant way to kill some
time. Any time is a splendid time at Mud Pond if you have a thing about the outdoors. Paddling on Winooski River is so much fun. There's so much to do here at Mud Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Idle Hours Campground
is a perfect site for that. There's just no way someone can get bored here at Mud Pond. Swamps like Martell Swamp near Mud Pond make for perfect places to stop by, and whitewater paddling is good on Lamoille River - Wild Branch.
The high level of rainfall makes Mud Pond a quite wet place; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month of the year is February.
