Mud Pond is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. These mountains rock, just explore all the exciting stuff to do in the Green Mountains. Beaches are fine; and Balm of Gilead Beach close to Mud Pond is no exception, and the slopes of Burke Mountain are so inviting noone can resist. Whitewater paddling is pleasant on Barton River; camping at Mud Pond is great fun, Char- BO Campground is a great local campground. If you want a great time in the great

| | outdoors just come on up to the Green Mountains. There's great hiking along the Mount Pisgah East Trail; a good view of picturesque Elan Hill is available.
This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Green Acres Cabins & Shop is a wonderful spot to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Mud Pond is a beautiful lake in the Green Mountains. Dry warm beds
await you at Border Motel, and the Pisgah Trail offers hiking at its best. Yeah, come here to Mud Pond for a fine time. Gotta ski! Lyndon Outing Club is a perfect place to do that; why not take a refreshing hike along the Mount Pisgah
Trail.
All through the summer months highs here at Mud Pond get into the 70's; the night is slightly chillier of course, typically in the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are commonly in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Mud Pond.
