What a nice lake Mud Pond is. High temperatures at Mud Pond through the warmest time of the year are in the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Mud Pond. Mud Pond ordinarily gets a large amount of rain; throughout August this area sees the most rain; February on the other hand is the driest. Whohoo, so many entertaining things in

This lake is located in the wonderful Green Mountains. Now, you may think that's loads
but there's even more cool things to do here in the Green Mountains. If you would like a little side journey, try Eden Notch, and there are some good whitewater spots on Lamoille River - Wild Branch. This lake is so wonderful. A great nearby hotel is Snowline Lodge, and perfect skiing awaits you at Jay Peak.
