Mud Pond is located in the Green Mountains. It's a tremendous idea to stop by Clay Hill Brook, it's near Mud Pond, and Clyde River is a glorious whitewater spot nearby. Mud Pond gets a typical amount of rainfall; August is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest of the months is February. So much enjoyable stuff to do here in the Green Mountains, too great to be true. If you       need a location to stay Clyde River Hotel is a great choice; Lyndon Outing Club is a glorious local ski area. There's so much to do here at Mud Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Burke Mountain Campgrounds is a wonderful location for that, and you can run the rapids of Nulhegan River. Man, is there heaps of enjoyable things to do in the Green Mountains. There are perfect spots to look at along the Loggers Loop Trail. You'll need more than a day to                  explore everything Mud Pond has to offer, you can camp at Lakeside Camping Area. All the outdoors fun things in the neighborhood of Mud Pond will keep you coming back time and again. Going for a hike on the Main Trail is always a great adventure, and if you like skiing, you're in luck; Burke Mountain is relatively near. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Random House, and there are plenty of people from Berlin here at Mud Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Looking for something near Mud Pond? Beecher Pond is in close proximity, and you can go for a hike on the Red Pine Trail. During the summertime at Mud Pond highs are regularly in the 70's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's usually in the 50's.
