In Vermont there are many beautiful lakes, Mud Pond is one of them. This lake is so wonderful. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Stratton since you're here; lakes are such calm places, why not have a look at Lyons Pond. If you need a location to stay Winterplace on Okemo Mountain is a great choice, and people from Bennington love to come here. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Mud Pond; Utley Brook Trail is a fine local trail; if

| | you came to camp Campground A is a magnificent place to do that. This lake is so wonderful. There's brilliant hiking along the Little Michigan Trail. There's so much to do here at Mud Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Maryville Campground and Gift Shop is a nice spot for that. for people who don’t like to have fun. The Jones Brook Trail offers hiking at its best; what would winter be without some skiing at Bromley. And if that's not enough there's heaps more amusing things to do in the Green Mountains.
Whitewater paddling is delightful on Winhall River; after a long day outdoors Mt Snow Grand Summit Resort is a pleasant place to spend a night or two. If you like the outdoors, you'll go for Mud Pond. Get covered with water paddling
on West River, and a charming lake like Hapgood Pond is a pleasant spot to go to. Now, you may feel that's plenty but there's even more amusing stuff to do here in the Green Mountains. An out of the ordinary thing to go to right
next door to Mud Pond is Farnum Dam, and don't forget to take a fine little trip to Farnum Brook. Mud Pond is located in the Green Mountains. High temperatures at Mud Pond during the summertime are in the 80's, and the night is quite
chillier of course, commonly in the 50's. Throughout the wintertime the highs are ordinarily in the 30's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Mud Pond temperatures dip to the 10's.
