Mud Pond is always a pleasure to visit. Head up to Haystack and strap some skis to your feet; if you need a spot to stay Holiday Inn Berkshires, Ma is a great choice. Reservoir Brook is a delightful local stream; there are swamps here too, Camp Meadows is close at hand. What a site this is for outdoors people. Don't leave Mud Pond without first going for a hike along the Old Stage Trail, and a golf course close by is Stamford Valley Golf Course. If the weather is delightful, you obtain a pleasant
view of Stamford and Woodford Plateau from Mud Pond, and get wet paddling on Deerfield River - West Branch. This lake is so wonderful. People from Bennington love to come to Mud Pond, and Big Pond is a nearby lake that you could take
a look at. This lake is so wonderful. The snow is brilliant at Mount Snow; there's great hiking along the Molly Stark Trail. Go for a hike on the Kelly Camp Trail. There's so much to do here at Mud Pond that you need to camp here
for a while, Clarksburg State Park is a delightful spot for that. Mud Pond is a wet location that gets a good deal of rainfall; throughout the month of August you get the most rain around here, and February meanwhile is the driest month.
