     Mollys Falls Pond is always a pleasure to visit. For the duration of the warm days of summer highs here at Mollys Falls Pond get into the 70's with night lows in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's; through the dark hours in the wintertime at Mollys Falls Pond temperatures sink to the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. You can run the rapids of Winooski River near Mollys Falls Pond. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Mollys Falls  
   Pond has to offer, you can camp at Larry and Sons Campground. On a delightful day you obtain a vista of Burnt Mountain from Mollys Falls Pond, and you can go for a hike on the Osmore Pond Hiking Loop.
And if you're still looking for more outdoors entertaining things just keep reading. A pleasant site for whitewater paddling in close proximity to Mollys Falls Pond is Joe's Brook River, and wonderful hiking is available along the Big Deer Mountain Trail. And
 
               if that's not enough, there's heaps more to do right next door to Mollys Falls Pond. Getting to Mollys Brook from Mollys Falls Pond is uncomplicated, and enjoy a round of golf at Woodbury Golf Course.
Barre-Days Inn Barre/Montpelier is a nice spot to get some rest; Marshfield Municipal Forest is a delightful local forest. You definitely must adore the Green Mountains. There's so much to do here at Mollys Falls Pond that you need to camp here for a while, New Discovery Campground is a delightful location for that, and you're almost certainly into lakes, Turtlehead Pond is one of those close by. Man, is there a load of entertaining stuff to do in the Green Mountains. This is a great neighborhood for people who like lakes. Goslant Pond is a lake around here, and if you want to hit the beach, Boulder Beach is close at hand.
Mollys Falls Pond is one of the lakes here in the Green Mountains. From a rainfall point of view Mollys Falls Pond is a pretty normal spot; most of the rain falls during August while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Hollow Inn and Motel is a nice site to spend a night or two; don't leave Mollys Falls Pond without first going for a hike along the Owls Head Trail.

We have been campers on Ticklenaked Pond for 30 plus years and love it's pristine water and oh yes....the loons. We have now been seasonal campers for 8 years and plan on many more. This is a wonderful family campground with much to enjoy such as a fishing derby for the kids, pot luck dinners, karaoke, live bands at least a couple of times during the season, paddle boats to rent, swimming, boating, hot showers and many, many, wonderful folks.
The proprietors, Harry and Sandy Cushing are great hosts. Come join us for a night, a weekend or for the season.
