A visit to Milton Pond is always a good idea. A brilliant close by hotel is Inn At Essex; in the event that you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Browns River. So many fun things to do at Milton Pond, so little time. Essex Country Club is a brilliant golf course nearby. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Milton Pond has to offer, you can camp at Maple Grove Campground.

| | Milton Pond; Island Farm Nature Trail is a good local trail, and if you like skiing, you're in luck; Bolton Valley is quite near. During your visit to Milton Pond you'll meet some folks from Burlington-South Burlington for sure, and Milton Pond is right by the North Shore Trail. A day on the slopes of Cochran Ski Center is just what you need, and of course Pond Brook is a striking stream that is worth going to.

do here at Milton Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Homestead Campgrounds is a nice place for that, and Georgia Mountain is clearly visible from Milton Pond. Just can't get enough of Milton Pond. Whitewater paddling is
tremendous on Mill Brook; La Quinta Inn & Suites St. Albans is a great location to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Southern Tip Trail, and do explore Silver Lake, it's a lovely lake.
Milton Pond is a good place of normal rainfall; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily August, that's the one that rains the most while January is commonly the driest month. Throughout the months of summer here at Milton Pond,
high temperatures regularly get into the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 50's. Highs all through the wintertime are usually in the 20's, and nighttime lows all through the wintertime for Milton Pond tend to be in the 0's.
