    If you like lakes and you're in this part of Vermont you can check out Millers Pond. For the duration of the summer months, highs generally are in the 80's at Millers Pond. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 50's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 30's with temperatures at Millers Pond dipping down into the 0's through winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. There's delightful hiking along the Bald Mountain Trail; do have  
   a look at Dry Brook since you're here at Millers Pond. Whohoo, so many enjoyable things in one place! The Green Mountains is great!.
This lake is one of the great places here in the Green Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are such calm places, why not have a look at Lake Shaftsbury right next door to Millers Pond, and fine hiking is available along the West Ridge Trail. And if that's not enough there's a load more fun things to do in the Green
 
               Mountains. Head up to Bromley and strap some skis to your feet, and a short tour to Vermont Healing Springs is always worthwhile.
The yearly rain here at Millers Pond is about average; August is the month that gets the most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. Millers Pond is a tremendous spot to visit for more than one day, Camping on the Batten Kill Campground is a tremendous spot to camp nearby; a pleasant place is Dry Brook Hollow. Go for a hike on the Healing Springs Nature Trail, and Snow Valley is a very popular ski area close by.
This place, Millers Pond, it definitely has so much outdoors amusing stuff. Get your pulse rate up on the great whitewater of Roaring Branch, and Howell's Camping Area is a magnificent local campground. A great spot for whitewater paddling close to Millers Pond is Battenkill River, and if you need a place to stay Manchester View Fine Lodging is a fine choice. But wait, there's more to do in the neighborhood of Millers Pond. Why not visit Millers Pond Dam while you're here; dry warm beds await you at Arcady At The Sunderland Lodge.
Now, you may imagine that's loads but there's even more fun stuff to do here in the Green Mountains. You'll discover a picturesque lake called North Bennington Reservoir near Millers Pond; there are plenty of people from Bennington here at Millers Pond.
