Going for a hike along the Dartmouth Outing Club Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area, and Miller Pond Dam is not far at all from Miller Pond. Miller Pond gets a normal amount of rain; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month is February. Camping is available at Rest N' Nest Campground, and lots of folks from       Lebanon come here. Miller Pond is located in the Green Mountains. All the outdoors cool stuff in the Green Mountains will keep you coming back many times. The top of Center Hill is easily seen from Miller Pond, and after a long day outdoors Residence Inn By Marriott Lebanon/Hanover is a great place to spend a night or two. Just can't get enough of Miller Pond. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Green Mountains. Get your heart beating on the fine                  whitewater of Ompompanoosuc River, and hiking along the Wrights Mountain Trail is splendid fun. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Courtyard by Marriott Hanover Lebanon is a magnificent choice; whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Ompompanoosuc River - West Branch. But wait, there's more to do next to Miller Pond. Why not camp at Rest n' Nest Campground while you're here at Miller Pond, and you're probably interested in lakes, Norford Lake is one of those nearby. While you're here at Miller Pond you can take a hike along the Grimes Hill Road, and Suicide Six has good slopes and a friendly staff. For the period of the long summer days, highs generally are in the 70's at Miller Pond, and the overnight is a bit chillier of course, regularly in the 50's. Through the winter the highs are ordinarily in the 20's; after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Miller Pond plunge into the 0's.
