    Mill Pond is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. You can take a little journey to Windsor Upper Dam while you're here at Mill Pond, and a wooded vicinity nearby is Windsor Municipal Forest. Throughout the warm days of summer highs here at Mill Pond get into the 70's while nighttime lows are ordinarily in the 50's. Highs all through the wintertime are regularly in the 20's, and overnight lows all through the winter for Mill Pond tend  
   to be in the 0's. If you came to camp Running Bear Camping Area is a brilliant site to do that; lovely scenery and brilliant skiing is what you get at Ascutney.
If you like the outdoors, you'll like Mill Pond. There's great hiking along the Slot Trail, and playing golf is lots of fun at John P Larkin Country Club. The Narrows is a brilliant spot to stop by nearby; hiking is a popular thing to do around Mill Pond; Hang Glider Trail is a magnificent local trail.
 
               Here at Mill Pond you'll probably meet some people from Lebanon; get covered with water paddling on Ottauquechee River.
This lake is so wonderful. It's a pleasant idea to stop at Blow-me-down Brook, it's close to Mill Pond, and after a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Club Vacations AT ASCUTNEY MOUNTAIN RESORT is a wonderful spot to spend a night or two. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Suicide Six while you're here. So much cool stuff to do here at Mill Pond, too nice to be true. Do stop by Lake Runnenede close to Mill Pond, it's a pretty lake, and don't leave Mill Pond without first going for a hike along the Futures Trail.
There's so much to do here at Mill Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Mount Ascutney State Park Campground is a perfect spot for that, and dry warm beds await you at Rodeway Inn Claremont. Mill Pond is a good place of common precipitation; most of the rain falls through August while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. Lake Runnemede is a nearby lake that you could explore, and paddling on Connecticut River is so much fun.
